Through our website, event registration forms or activities organized by the Association, emails, or physical membership application forms, we collect only identification data necessary for recording Association members, participants of events or activities organized by the Association, and for conducting activities, membership fee collection, and contacting members and participants. In connection with the implementation of activities and events, the Association also collects and processes photos and video materials that may feature members of the Association and participants of events and activities organized by the Association, more about this below.

Collected data is used exclusively for the purpose of membership in the Association, maintaining appropriate member records, membership fee collection, participation in activities and events organized by the Association, sharing data and information about the work of the Association, and communication with members of the Association, or participants of events or activities organized by the Association.

Legal Basis for Data Processing

The processing of personal data is based on the consent you provide when submitting a membership application form, or when sending a form to register for an event or activity organized by the Association. The collection and processing of data are necessary for membership in the Association and participation in events and activities organized by the Association.

At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact us using the email address provided below. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

Withdrawing consent for the processing of your personal data may result in the inability to continue membership in the Association, or participation in events or activities organized by the Association, and may prevent further cooperation. In such cases, we will inform you about the consequences of withdrawing consent before the withdrawal is carried out.

Upon receiving your request to withdraw consent, we will cease to process your personal data, unless there is another legal basis for the continued processing or we are required to retain certain data in accordance with applicable regulations.

Photos and Video Materials

By submitting a membership application form, or by sending a form to register for an event or activity organized by the Association, you consent to the Association using photographs and video material taken during the execution of Association activities, or during a specific event for the purpose of promoting either the specific event or activity, or future events organized by the Association, as well as promoting the operation of the Association in general and the results of its work. You also consent to the Association publishing these photographs and video material on its own website and on the social network profiles of the Association, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram profiles, as well as sharing them with news and information portals for the purposes of publications related to the specific event and/or operation of the Association.

Access to photographs and video materials will be granted exclusively to persons authorized to represent the Association and authorized persons from the PR and marketing departments of the Association. The Association takes all technical and organizational measures to protect photographs and video materials and will keep them as long as there is a legal basis for data processing (consent). Withdrawing consent cannot make the previous processing and use of your photographs and video materials unlawful.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to periodically update and improve the text of this privacy policy, primarily for the purpose of complying with legal regulations, changes in the purposes and methods of processing, and improving the protection of your personal data. However, we will not limit your rights arising from this privacy policy or from the corresponding legal regulations. In the event of changes that may affect your rights, we will inform you in a timely and appropriate manner. Each updated version of the privacy policy will be published on our website so that you can familiarize yourself with its contents.
